the Bear SG did that a few years down the road.. was normal.. but recently, i was ill and they did a test.. was borderline/high.. i think it's okay now because of weightloss + exercise + not ill anymore

the_don SG I've never donated blood. the needles look scary. once i saw my housemate's arm all blue and black, when i asked, she said she just donated blood and the nurse was a newbie. the nurse keep missing her vein causing the huge blue black dun think i will donate blood anytime soon. pill popping everyday means cannot donate i think
the Bear SG yeah.. you cannot be on medication... which is why i'm kinda hesitant this time coz i forgot if i took any medication i think i shall start donating blood again.. last time was years and years ago
